Welcome to Plan Brave. By using planbrave.ae or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

ABOUT US

Plan Brave FZE is a UAE-registered Free Zone Establishment operating the e-commerce store at planbrave.ae ("the Site"). References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Plan Brave FZE.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may purchase as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display products accurately, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, and colours. However:

— Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and photography lighting
— Product specifications may be updated by suppliers without prior notice
— Colours, textures, and finishes may have natural variation, particularly for handcrafted or natural-material items

If a product differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

— All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) by default
— European customers may see prices in EUR through our multi-currency display
— Prices include UAE VAT at 5% for UAE deliveries; international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes at destination
— Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination
— Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay

PRICING ERRORS

In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error or typo, we reserve the right to cancel orders containing that error, even after order confirmation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for:

— Stock unavailability from our suppliers
— Suspected fraudulent activity
— Pricing or product errors
— Restricted shipping destinations

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through:

— Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe)
— PayPal
— Other payment methods displayed at checkout

All transactions are encrypted and processed by trusted payment providers. Plan Brave does not store full payment details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

— Shipping times vary by product and destination — see our Shipping Policy for details
— Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
— Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery
— You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we cannot reroute packages once dispatched

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Plan Brave is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on planbrave.ae — including text, images, logos, designs, and branding — is the property of Plan Brave FZE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

USER CONDUCT

When using the Site, you agree not to:

— Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
— Interfere with the Site's operation
— Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
— Post abusive, offensive, or unlawful content in reviews or communications

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

— Plan Brave is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Site or our products
— Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim
— We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including supplier issues, courier delays, customs, weather, or force majeure events

DISCLAIMERS

Products are sold "as is" with no warranties beyond those required by UAE law. We make no guarantee that any specific product will meet your individual needs or expectations.

For skincare, cosmetic, and outdoor equipment products: it is your responsibility to ensure suitability for your intended use, including allergy testing, fit, and intended environment.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our companion brand Summit & Soul (summitandsoul.ae). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at support@planbrave.ae so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
